Description
Gaboon vipers are among my most favorite serpents, so I’ve collected a number of relics and curios from them over the years. Here we have one fang and a bottle containing a small amount of venom leftover from a previous working.
The fang came from a female wild-caught specimen brought back from the Congo by a herpetologist in the 1980s. She lived the remainder of her life as a study specimen and died of natural causes in captivity. The venom came from a deceased captive-bred specimen. Glands were milked postmortem to preserve the venom. This is all I have remaining. Cost covers shipping.
